What really separates Hawas Ice and Malibu?
The shared Hawas name does not make these interchangeable formulas or one simply a stronger concentration of the other. Rasasi lists frozen apple, bergamot, lemon and star anise for Ice's opening. Malibu instead starts with pineapple, orange and grapefruit. Both lean on fruit and citrus motifs, but the fruit and aromatic details differ.
The contrast continues beyond the opening: Ice includes orange blossom, an icy marine accord, plum and cardamom, then moss, driftwood, amber and musk. Malibu turns toward amber, iris and lavender, before a base built around tonka, Cashmeran, patchouli and musk. Notes describe a marketed scent impression, not every ingredient of a perfume formula.
Official note-by-note comparison

Which scent direction fits your taste?
Sample Hawas Ice first if you like the idea of crisp apple and citrus with a distinctly marine middle and musky woods. That is an interpretation of the published notes rather than a promise that everyone will perceive a cooling sensation. If marine accords bother you, test the drydown before buying a full bottle.
Sample Hawas Malibu first if pineapple, grapefruit and orange appeal to you, especially alongside iris, lavender and a tonka-woody base. Tonka may suggest a warmer or sweeter impression, but it cannot establish that Malibu will always smell sweeter on skin.
Does Hawas Ice last longer or project more?
We have not performed a controlled wear test using these two bottles. Consequently there is no verified winner for longevity or projection here, and no defensible hours-of-wear number. Sample both on separate days at comparable spray counts, and observe the early and later stages under similar conditions.
Make sure you choose the right edition
Look for the full product name: Hawas Ice or Hawas Malibu. The Ice listing uses a 'for him' heading while also marking its product category unisex; this makes an exact-edition check more reliable than a broad marketing category. Rasasi lists Malibu as a 100 ml 'for him' release. Do not confuse either with original Hawas or Hawas Kobra.
Common questions
Are Hawas Ice and Malibu the same perfume?
No. Rasasi lists different opening, heart and base notes for these two editions.
Is Malibu definitely sweeter than Ice?
Not necessarily. Pineapple and tonka suggest a possible sweeter direction, but this is an interpretation, not a side-by-side test.
Which is better in warm weather?
Suitability depends on personal preference, setting and number of sprays. Sampling is more reliable than a blanket ranking.
Do the note lists prove longevity?
No. They cannot establish a specific number of hours or real-world projection.
